Returns & Exchange Policy
At Afnaz, we strive to ensure that every customer receives products that meet our quality standards. Please read our exchange and return guidelines carefully before placing your order.
1. Quality Assurance
Every suit and product undergoes a thorough quality inspection before dispatch. Our team carefully checks stitching, fabric quality, sizing, and overall finishing to ensure you receive a product in perfect condition.
2. Claim Verification Requirement
To process any exchange or complaint request, a clear and continuous UNCUT unboxing video is strictly required. The video must start from the sealed package being opened and clearly show the product and any issue. Without this video proof, claims will not be entertained.
3. Shipping Charges (Exchange Policy)
For size exchanges or other eligible exchange requests, the customer is responsible for bearing the shipping charges both ways (return shipping to us and reshipping from our side). Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Return Condition Standards
Items must be returned in their original condition:
Unworn and unused
Unwashed
Free from perfume, deodorant, or any scent
With original tags, packaging, and accessories intact
Any item that does not meet these standards will not be accepted for exchange or return.
5. Inspection & Processing Time
Once we receive the returned item, it will go through a quality inspection process. This typically takes 5–7 business days. After inspection, you will be notified regarding approval or rejection of your request.
6. Refund & Stock Policy
Refunds are only issued in cases where:
The product is confirmed to be faulty or damaged, and
The same item is out of stock and cannot be replaced.
If the item is available in stock, an exchange will be offered instead of a refund.
7. Request Validity Period
All exchange or return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.
8. Sale & Promotional Items
Products purchased during sale, discount offers, or promotional campaigns are strictly non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
